Breezeguards 1.3L water tank provides passive humidification with NO STEAM. Humidification output varies by fan speed. Replace water every 48 hrs for freshness. Keep the tank empty if humidifying isnt needed. Essential oils are not recommended.
When should I replace the filters?
Replace the air filters every 6 months, or more often in areas with heavy smoke or pollution. Replace the humidifier filter every 12 months. You can find all replacements in the section above or by searching the filters on Amazon and Store.
What is the Product Support for the Breezeguard purifier and humidifier?
BreezeGuard includes 1-year product support from the date of purchase for defects in matels and workmanship. Well replace defective units with a new or equivalent model with proof of purchase. Damage from improper use isnt covered.
Why does the BreezeGuard sometimes feel quieter or show no lights?
This usually means the device is in Sleep Mode. In Sleep Mode, all lights turn off and the fan runs at the lowest speed for quiet operation. To exit, press the SLEEP button, or wake the unit by pressing SPEED, SPEED+, or AUTO.
