1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items caused by improper use

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us before sending the product back.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions.


4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
