        • Why I can't get it recharged after the battery completely drained?

          If the power station is completely using up may cause a low-battery protection in this situation it needs to charged by PD port(low voltage) for hours to wake up the battery. Then it can be charged by DC port or solar charging.

        • If the power displayed on the screen drains too fast is there a malfunction?

          The displayed power may be inaccurate when first-time using or after long-term storage. Please recharge and discharge twice to calibrate the BMS. then it will shows accurately.

        • If I need to store the power station as a backup battery for a long time is there anything I need to pay attention to?

          If the battery needs to be stored for a long time the battery should not be overcharged about 80% is ok. Please also charge or using it during this period preferably once a month. Frequent use is beneficial to battery maintenance.

        • The product doesn't have solar panel. What kind of solar panels can be used with this product?
