Will this work with a bed liner?
No if bed liner comes over bed rails. If liner snaps under bed side rails then probably. Has clamps that secure frame to bed side in three or four places under bed side lip.
I installed the cover according to the manual but Why won't it lock down?
This may be because the locks on the side rails are not in the correct position. You can adjust the position of the lock forward or backward through the adjuster.
Can this be installed without any drilling or distress caused to my frame?
