        • Can I use this if my car battery is completely dead and shows 0V?

          No if the voltage drops below 1V jump starter wont be able to start the engine. When the battery is completely drained the capacitor cant charge. Please make sure your car battery still has a minimal amount of power left.

        • Can I use this for a hybrid car?

          We designed this product for 12V gasoline cars up to 8.0L and diesel cars up to 6.0L. Since hybrid vehicles use different types of batteries and we havent tested them all we dont recommend using it with hybrid cars.

        • How long does the charge last if I charge it in advance?

          Unlike lithium batteries capacitors cant hold a charge for long. Even when fully charged they naturally discharge within 12 days. You dont need to charge it beforehandjust connect it to the power source (your car battery) when needed.

        • I pressed the start button but the device doesnt work. What should I do?

          jump starter only works when its fully charged by connecting to your car battery. Please check if the product is fully charged and make sure your car battery still has some power left for the startup process.

        • Does this product have a flashlight or phone charging function?

          No jump starter uses a capacitor which doesnt store power like a battery. Its designed solely for jump-starting vehicles and doesnt support additional features like lighting or charging mobile devices.
