          HEAVY-DUTY EPOXY RESIN MOLD - These molds are made from 4/5 inch (2cm) thick HDPE material. Compared to silicone molds and other lightweight resin molds they can withstand high temperatures and pressures during the resin curing process without deformation. For users who frequently create resin artworks this reusable mold is an excellent investment.
          CNC PROCESS - Our large resin molds are cut and drilled using precision CNC equipment and each panel is tightly connected with stainless steel bolts and threaded inserts to ensure a solid structure. This design makes the inner wall of the mold vertical avoiding the protruding weld lines common in one-piece no seal molds ensuring a neat appearance of the final product and reducing post-finishing work and resin waste.
          LEVELING AND FASTENING SYSTEM - This resin mold features 2 levels and 4 adjustable feets for real-time level monitoring and adjustment 3 adjustable pressure bars and 6 clamping blocks to easily secure the wood blank without the need for additional fixing tools.           EASY DEMOULDING - Since this large epoxy resin mold is made of HDPE material which has self-lubricating properties and the resin does not easily adhere to its surface. Easily release by tapping it with a rubber mallet or taking apart the short sides of the mold. Easily handle various demoulding challenges.
          ADJUSTABLE SIZE - The set includes 2 free 48x3.15 and 24x3.15 inch dividers. By adjusting the position of the dividers our epoxy resin molds can flexibly separate into multiple sizes making one set of molds equivalent to having multiple molds of different sizes. This design gives our molds excellent adaptability and versatility allowing them to meet various size requirements.
          PRE-ASSEMBLED SHIPPING - Our resin mold bodies are pre-assembled before shipping no complex assembly issues (please note: silicone sealing of the seams is required before pouring resin).           Please be sure to use silicone or silicone tape to waterproof the internal seams of the mold before use.

          The mold surface is self-lubricating. If used with demoulding spray demoulding will be smoother.

          For shallow pours use a rubber mallet to tap the mold's inner walls and separate the resin. Flip the mold and tap the backside to release.

          For thicker pours it is recommended to separate the shorter side of the mold and release it using a chisel.
