          lift FAQs:

IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS NOT SHOWN BELOW PLEASE REACH OUT BEFORE MAKING PURCHASE. THANK YOU!

How does the lift help save space?

          - The lift was designed so that you can park with the hood under the even while the hardtop is being stored on the jack

          Is the lift portable?

          - The lift can be easily disassembled and stored even inside your Jeep. Please consider purchasing our travel bags for extra portability

Will the lift work on a TJ?

          - Yes but you will need to purchase the custom TJ posts separately. Please purchase the " Half Moon Posts for TJ"

Will the lift work on a Gladiator?

          - Unfortunately our current model does not work on a Gladiator

Will the lift work on a Bronco?

          - We can confirm the works on the 6th gen 2021 4 door Bronco. It does not work on the 2 door model or previous gen Broncos. If you purchase a for Bronco it is necessary to purchase the Half Moon Posts separately in order to properly use the

Can I remove the hardtop with a roof rack installed? Can it handle the extra weight?

          - Our product is only for normal hardtop weight we do not recommend using for hardtops with substantial extra weight

Can the lift be used for a fastback style hardtop?

          - Due to the variations of different types of fastback hardtops we cannot confirm that the will work with your hardtop. Please first reach out to our team on the site with the specifications of your fastback hardtop

Can I use the lift for other uses than hardtop removal?

          - We only recommend using this product for hardtop removal for the models shown

The top of my is tilting upwards is this a defect?

          - This is completely normal the is engineered to tilt upwards at more than a 90 degree angle in order to properly lift and hold your hardtop in pace

Where do I position the top posts prior to lifting my hardtop?

          - When using the it is best to first wheel the into the back of your Jeep as far as possible. It is even best for the base pole of the Jack to touch your bumper; the more the is wheeled in the better it can support lift and store your hardtop. The front posts should be as close to the roll bar as possible (but not underneath or past the roll bar). To further summarize the should be rolled into the back of your jeep as far as possible and the front posts should be as close to the roll bar as possible

My has a forward lean when I lift my hardtop. Should I be concerned?

          - No.The was engineered to have a little lean so it is easier to align the pins when installing the hardtop. Please note to position the two front top posts as close as possible to the Roll Bar prior to lifting the hardtop. This will help reduce excessive lean. Please note that the posts in the front and the back also do not need to be the same height. You can adjust them to different heights to properly accommodate the shape of your hardtop roof/adjust to reduce lean when the hardtop is removed

When I lift my Hardtop and move it around the lift feels like it is flexing. Should I be concerned?

          - No. On cars we have 'shock absorber' suspension that decouples the passengers and loads from the road vibrations bumps etc. The lift was designed and engineered in the same way. If there is a rough pavement or damaged floor then the lift will deliberately flex to absorb any shock to your expensive hardtop
