        • Rhino Cart is too wide for my doorway. What do I do?

Rhino Cart doesn't NEED poles. If you need to move something through a narrow doorway you can remove the poles and just place the Rhino Cart skates under the object you are looking to move. We have video of this on our tips and tricks section.

        • I've read some reviews about bent poles. What is that about?

Rhino Cart is designed to have the weight go on the skate. The poles are not intended to carry the weight. When a user doesn't read the instructions and ignores the warning stickers bent poles are the result :(

Yes. Rhino Cart is designed to be flexible. With the poles attached Rhino Cart can move an item from 6-46". If you are moving a narrow item or a very wide item you can remove the poles and just use the Rhino Cart skates to move the item.
