          Description
Fall and Wandering Prevention for Seniors: Our wireless floor mat alarm system alerts caregivers immediately when patients step on the weight sensing floor mat sending a sound alarm or vibrate alert to the included pager. Setup is easy; place the cordless floor mat next to your patient's bed or by an exit door making it a valuable safety addition to your products for dementia patients.
Alerts with Caregiver up to 300 feet away! No loud noises in room with patient. The wireless caregiver pager can be carried by the caregiver or placed in a convenient location for effective wireless monitoring of the patient. The patient alert pager features an audible alert option and a vibrate option that won't startle residents.
Patient Alert gives caregivers freedom and peace of mind to take care of other tasks while knowing that they will be alerted if a patient gets out of bed or tries to wander out of the house or facility.
Floor alarm mat can be placed at the bedside to prevent falls and wandering at night or it can be placed by the door to alert you if the patient is wandering towards an exit. Care givers can monitor multiple devices from the included pager. Pair it with other Smart Caregiver alarms for seniors and elderly patients such as call buttons motion sensors and wireless weight sensing bed pads and chair pads (Sold Separately).
System includes Caregiver Pager (TL-2020P) and 24in x 48in Wireless Floor Mat (PTFM-07C) and comes with 1-year manufacturer warranty. Pager requires 2 AA batteries (NOT INCLUDED). Smart Caregiver is an American company with 30 years supporting caregivers and enhancing safety for seniors and elderly.
        • Does the floor mat alarm system require WiFi or internet to work?

No you do not need WiFi / internet or a phone connection for the floor mat to connect with the pager. The floor mat alarm communicates with the pager using radio frequency providing a secure and reliable private connection.

        • How is the floor mat alarm system different than the bed pad alarm system?

Both will send alerts you when someone is getting up. The floor mat is ideal for people who move around a lot in their sleep and might trigger a false alarm on the bed pad. Also the floor mat can be placed elsewhere like by the door or in the hall.

        • Do I need to pair the pager to the floor mat? Where is the transmitter?

This system comes pre-paired right out of the box so setup is easy. Simply install the included AA batteries into the pager and turn on the pad transmitter located in the corner pocket of the mat using a paperclip or sharp pen.

        • What if I have an issue with the product or need help? Can someone help me set it up and show me how to use it?
