How easy is installation and what tools are required?
Installation is DIY-friendly (60-90 minutes) with basic tools (socket set screwdriver). The package includes brackets and all hardware. No drilling or cuttingattaches to existing bed rails/pre-drilled holes.
If the bed cover arrives damaged or missing any accessories am I able to return it or exchange it for a replacement?

Can I drive with it partially open and whats the weight capacity?
Yes you can drive with it partially open (1/3 or 2/3 bed length) with secure locking positions. When closed it supports 500 lbs of evenly distributed weight for cargo like tools or luggage.
