I find my nugget ice melts so quickly. Is there something wrong with the machine?
Nugget ice has a soft texture so it melts more easily than cube or bullet ice. This is normal and the ice can be used as usual.
Why is there an occasional chirping sound during operation?
This is the normal sound of ice being released from the evaporator. No action is needed.
Why is my ice maker producing ice very slowly compared with other peoples feedback?
Under certain ambient and water temperature conditions our ice maker has an initial ice-making average around time of 615 minutes. If your ice-making speed is significantly slower please check the user manual ambient and water temperature.
Why is my ice maker making ice with a sandy or slush-like consistency?
Note: Using water with high minerals impurities or added sugar can cause sandy-textured ice. We recommend using filtered or distilled water and try to conduct continuous testing for no less than 30 minutes.
The product comes with 8 packs of cleaner. How often should I clean and where can I buy more after I run out?
We recommend deep cleaning every two weeks. You can purchase the Ice Maker Cleaner & Descaler in 4-packs or 12-packs in our shop or with the bundle.
